Build and lead Atoms’ employee experience function, covering onboarding, engagement, internal communications, learning, and change communications.
What you'll do
- Set the strategy and roadmap for employee experience programs; build onboarding, engagement, and learning initiatives.
- Own internal communications, company events, and change communications, including communications for organizational changes and acquired teams.
- Measure program impact, hire and develop a small team, and partner with HR Business Partners and Workplace.
