What you'll do
- Run end-to-end retrofit and box-build operations, including processes, technicians, tooling, throughput, and release gates.
- Establish production at two new locations while maintaining existing operations, including layout, material flow, and station design.
- Build technician and leadership teams and an independent quality function, partnering with Supply Chain, hardware, and NPI engineering.
