Leads Atoms’ HR technology strategy and Workday platform, building and improving systems, integrations, and team capabilities as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Own the Workday roadmap, configure and expand modules, and improve adoption and system reliability.
- Architect and maintain Workday integrations; oversee releases, data integrity, security, and audit readiness.
- Lead a distributed HR technology team and evaluate Workday AI and data capabilities to reduce manual work.
