Leads Atoms’ HR technology strategy and Workday platform, including roadmap, configuration, integrations, operations, and team development.
What you'll do
- Set the Workday roadmap, deliver new capabilities, and improve existing configurations and adoption.
- Architect and maintain Workday integrations; configure business processes, security, calculated fields, and reporting hands-on.
- Lead a distributed team and own releases, data integrity, security, audit readiness, and evaluation of Workday AI and data capabilities.

- Hands-on implementation and configuration experience, including launching new Workday modules.
- Experience building and owning Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
