About the job
Build and lead Atoms’ quality function for autonomous vehicle production, overseeing quality systems and release decisions from component builds through vehicle upfitting.
What you'll do
- Own production release gates, quality systems, metrics, and defect reduction across boards, compute box assembly, and vehicle upfitting.
- Establish root-cause analysis, workmanship standards, supplier audits, and quality documentation.
- Hire and lead the quality team as production scales.
