About the job
Build and lead Atoms’ quality function, overseeing release decisions and quality systems as autonomous vehicle production scales from prototypes to serial manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Own release gates and quality systems for boards, compute box assembly, vehicle upfitting, and third-party manufacturing.
- Define quality metrics, standards, audits, documentation, and defect-reduction processes; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Hire and lead the quality team as production volumes grow.
What they ask for
- 10+ years in quality leadership for complex hardware in automotive, AV, EV, space, robotics, or similar safety-critical industries.
- Experience scaling quality systems from low-volume builds to serial production.
- Hands-on knowledge of IPC standards, APQP/PPAP or equivalent, and supplier quality management.

Pay
