Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots commercial HVAC/R and facility systems across multiple kitchen sites in the Greater DMV Area.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting on commercial HVAC/R, refrigeration, and kitchen ventilation systems.
- Use Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and provide remote troubleshooting support.
- Support facility operations and new site openings, including basic electrical and plumbing work and coordination with vendors.
