Supports manufacturing engineering projects on the production floor, improving processes, tooling, layouts, work instructions, and manufacturing metrics.
What you'll do
- Conduct time-and-motion studies, line balancing, and cycle-time analyses; identify production bottlenecks.
- Design and fabricate production tooling, jigs, and fixtures, and help optimize station layouts and material flows.
- Collaborate with technicians and Hardware Engineering to improve processes, update SOPs, and analyze manufacturing metrics.

- Comfortable working hands-on on the shop floor with technicians, tools, and hardware.
