Own end-to-end payments and risk operations across Atoms’ portfolio, improving payment reliability, managing fraud and risk programs, and leading operational response and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage pay-ins, payouts, processor issues, and payment reliability; lead the full risk operations portfolio and respond to major escalations.
- Lead BPO operations by setting SOPs, workflows, escalation paths, quality standards, and priorities.
- Partner across teams on scalable improvements, risk reporting, and red-team exercises.
