Owns payments and risk operations across Atoms’ portfolio, improving payment reliability, managing fraud and risk programs, and leading operational responses and teams.
What you'll do
- Own pay-ins, payouts, processor issues, risk programs, escalations, and the operational agenda end to end.
- Lead a BPO team; establish SOPs, workflows, escalation paths, quality standards, and priorities.
- Partner across teams on scalable process and tooling improvements, risk reporting, and red-team exercises.
