Leads payments and risk operations across Atoms’ portfolio, improving payment reliability, managing fraud and risk programs, and coordinating operational responses and improvements.
What you'll do
- Own payments and risk operations, including pay-ins, payouts, fraud controls, chargebacks, account takeovers, KYC/KYB, sanctions-related operations, and emerging risks.
- Lead the frontline BPO team, define operating procedures and quality standards, and manage escalations through resolution.
- Use data and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes, tooling, risk controls, and loss reporting.
