Serves as the senior HR partner to Product and Engineering, guiding organizational growth, talent processes, leadership development, employee relations, and workforce decisions.
What you'll do
- Advise Product and Engineering leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount strategy.
- Lead performance reviews, calibrations, leveling, promotions, talent reviews, and leadership coaching.
- Manage sensitive employee relations and organizational changes, and use attrition, engagement, and organizational health data to inform action.
