Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of fleet-management tools supporting deployed robots from commissioning through service, with a focus on uptime and technician effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Define and prioritize fleet product features using field research, fleet data, and business impact; oversee commissioning, configuration, and fleet visibility.
- Use telemetry and fault patterns to support proactive maintenance, and design technician workflows for issue triage, repair, and verified return to service.
- Lead requirements, pilots, rollouts, and integrations with ERP and related systems; measure outcomes using fleet availability and service performance.
