About the job
Own Otter’s integrations and ecosystem platform, building reliable connectivity between Otter and third-party partner systems.
What you'll do
- Set ecosystem health metrics and build reporting and instrumentation.
- Own the roadmap for a self-healing integration engine, including connection monitoring, recovery, and credential management.
- Onboard partner platforms and lead cross-functional work to balance coverage, reliability, compliance, and legal requirements.
