About the job
Own the product roadmap and reliability of Otter’s integration engine, which connects third-party platforms to its ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Define ecosystem health metrics, reporting, and instrumentation; drive the connectivity engine roadmap.
- Partner with Engineering to prevent connection failures and build automated detection and recovery.
- Expand partner integrations and define connection patterns, integration contracts, and certification standards.
What they ask for
- 8–10 years of product management experience, with direct ownership of a technical platform, developer product, or integrations/connectivity system.
- Technical fluency in integration architecture, including OAuth/SSO, credential management, session and token lifecycle, webhook design, and bidirectional data sync.
- Track record of owning system reliability at scale, including defining SLOs, instrumenting health, and reducing mean time to recovery through automated healing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Security, Design, and BD.
Nice to have
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or a comparably complex vertical.
