Executes the full lifecycle of real estate development projects for EV charging, vertiport, and related mobility infrastructure, from diligence and approvals through construction support and launch.
What you'll do
- Manage site diligence, entitlements, permitting, utility coordination, design coordination, schedules, budgets, and launch.
- Build project underwriting models and financial analyses; prepare investment committee materials and deal documents.
- Coordinate consultants, construction and design teams, project reporting, contracts, billings, invoices, change orders, and draw requests.
