What you'll do
- Own site development lifecycle, including diligence, entitlements, permitting, utility energization, construction support, and launch.
- Manage project underwriting, financial analysis, schedules, budgets, consultant procurement, and investment committee materials.
- Coordinate with design and construction teams, external stakeholders, and leadership; maintain project reporting and improve development processes.
