Provides technical support and root-cause analysis for an autonomous truck fleet, developing debugging, testing, monitoring, and diagnostic tools to improve reliable operations.
What you'll do
- Investigate fleet issues through log analysis, reproduction testing, and debugging; isolate root causes with hardware and software teams.
- Create automated tests, troubleshooting tools, and fleet monitoring and diagnostic systems; document solutions.
- Support customers and operations during production, provide technical guidance, and develop robotics features or bug fixes.
