Leads and scales operational safety systems for Atoms’ autonomous vehicle fleet, from incident response and training to event triage and engineering feedback.
What you'll do
- Own incident response, investigations, corrective actions, and closure; establish operational hold authority.
- Build event-triage processes and manage safety metrics, reporting, and records.
- Design operator training and qualifications, and channel field evidence into engineering hazard analysis and change assessment.
