Sales Engineer

What you'll do

• Support enterprise deals from discovery through technical validation, pilot, and close, including tailored demos and technical discovery.
• Design and support pilots, build pre-sale analyses, and handle technical sections of RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Share enterprise buyer feedback with Product and maintain reusable demos, technical collateral, and ROI frameworks.

What they ask for

• 2–4 years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to write SQL and analyze data in a spreadsheet or notebook; working understanding of ML product evaluation, including experimentation, incrementality, and attribution.
• Experience explaining technical systems to non-technical audiences; familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Strong written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in restaurant tech, food delivery, retail media, or performance marketing; exposure to franchise business models.
• Experience supporting pilots or proofs of concept with defined success criteria; familiarity with Python, BI tools, or dashboarding.

Pay

$87,000 - $102,000 per year (base salary); $21,750 – $25,500 (estimated annual incentive compensation)
