Owns building design for multiple Atoms projects in the New York region, managing architects and engineers and coordinating designs from early planning through construction and project completion.
What you'll do
- Manage project design processes, AEOR and consultant relationships, and multiple concurrent design pipelines.
- Lead site test-fitting, schematic design, building-systems coordination, and design QA/QC for prototype compliance.
- Coordinate due diligence, design standards, brand consistency, site observations, and punch-list reviews.
