Leads technical accounting research, policy, and guidance for complex transactions and business decisions under U.S. GAAP.
What you'll do
- Advise on the accounting implications of complex transactions, acquisitions, and new business initiatives; research and document conclusions in technical accounting memoranda.
- Partner with finance, legal, business teams, and external auditors to assess accounting matters and advise senior leaders.
- Monitor emerging accounting guidance and lead implementation of new standards and company-wide accounting policies.
