Own new product introduction and engineering-change processes for robotics hardware, taking products from prototype and pilot builds through production readiness and steady-state manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Work with design and operations teams on prototype and pilot builds, feeding build learnings into product design.
- Develop engineering change and field-retrofit processes, coordinate hardware updates, and maintain assembly, installation, and test documentation.
- Define production-readiness criteria and support scalable manufacturing workstations, procedures, kits, and fixtures.
