Build and operate shared software and infrastructure that helps Forward Deployed Engineers turn successful deployments into reusable, reliable platform capabilities.
What you'll do
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to identify recurring needs and convert proven solutions into reusable services, integrations, and components.
- Build tools, APIs, SDKs, deployment templates, and foundations for AI-powered applications and workflows.
- Own production platform reliability, performance, cost, monitoring, upgrades, and support paths.
