Senior Software Engineer – Bionic Enterprise Platform

What you'll do

• Partner with FDEs to identify recurring needs and build reusable services, integrations, tools, APIs, SDKs, and deployment templates.
• Develop foundations for AI-powered applications and workflows, including model, business-system, and data access with shared security and observability.
• Own production platform reliability, performance, cost, and upgrades; improve testing, monitoring, and failure recovery.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of software engineering experience building infrastructure, platforms, or shared backend services.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API design, data modeling, distributed systems, and practical tradeoffs.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs, authentication, and data pipelines, with understanding of access controls and safe business-data handling.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or supporting infrastructure for them; effective use of AI coding tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and production observability; GCP or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes are a plus.

Pay

$176,000 - $242,000 per year (base salary)
