Own diagnostics and failure analysis across Atoms’ development vehicle fleet, from failure triage and root-cause determination to automated detection and diagnostic tooling.
What you'll do
- Classify and investigate failures across hardware, software, firmware, and data paths; establish root causes and route issues with evidence.
- Build diagnostic tools and automated classification, and monitor logging and data-path integrity across the fleet.
- Define severity and root-cause analysis standards, identify failure trends, and write troubleshooting guides.
