Owns the compute box’s manufacturing test strategy and develops test stations and software, improving coverage, yield, and test time from initial production through serial production.
What you'll do
- Define test coverage and pass/fail criteria across PCBA, subassembly, box, and vehicle-install stages; build and commission functional and end-of-line test stations.
- Capture per-unit test data, analyze failures, drive root cause and first-pass yield, and incorporate design-for-test into the compute box.
- Maintain test programs and documentation across hardware and firmware revisions, and train technicians.
