Manages Support Engineers responsible for keeping autonomous haul trucks operating in production, including escalations, team development, and support-process improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead, onboard, develop, and hold Support Engineers accountable for quality and response times; provide hands-on coverage when needed.
- Act as the team's escalation point during production issues and partner with Robotics, Hardware, and Operations to resolve them.
- Improve support processes and tooling to support a growing fleet.
