Facilitates and improves new-hire onboarding, supports manager learning and employee events, and contributes to evolving HR and employee experience programs.
What you'll do
- Host onboarding sessions, introduce speakers, guide interactive modules, coordinate departmental deep-dives, and develop engaging content.
- Work with the Shared Services Center to manage onboarding logistics, address bottlenecks, and automate scheduling, communications, and tracking.
- Support manager enablement, company meetings and events, and other HR and employee experience work.
