Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized AI/ML and related technical roles, partnering with engineering leaders to source, assess, and hire candidates.
What you'll do

- Partner with technical leaders to define hiring needs and assess candidates’ actual technical contributions.
- Use recruiting data and market evidence to improve search strategies, processes, and hiring practices.
