Deploy and configure Auctor’s AI platform for enterprise software implementation workflows, helping customers adopt it and translating their needs into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Understand customer implementation methods, pain points, and deliverables; configure AI agents to fit their workflows.
- Lead onboarding, training, demos, and presentations, and identify opportunities to expand use across teams and project types.
- Work with engineering on product improvements and create deployment playbooks; travel to customer sites and conferences.
