What you'll do
- Provide employee support and maintain office AV, networking, and day-to-day technology reliability; participate in an on-call rotation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and hardware; administer Microsoft 365, Intune, and macOS devices through Jamf.
- Build automation workflows and document and improve IT processes for scale.
