Works with law firms to turn legal workflows into AI solutions, owning client deployments from discovery and prototyping through integration, launch, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Map client workflows, systems, and data flows and translate user needs into requirements and practical solutions.
- Build, configure, test, and integrate AI workflow solutions; run demos and training and troubleshoot deployments.
- Own go-live and adoption, support client stakeholders, and relay deployment feedback to engineering.
