Founding Product Manager

What you'll do

• Own a product area end-to-end and help define the roadmap through daily collaboration with customers, founders, and engineers.
• Partner across engineering, marketing, sales, and implementation to prototype, ship, and roll out products.
• Translate customer conversations and operational pain points into product decisions and completed work.

What they ask for

• Technical depth or engineering experience sufficient to work as a peer with engineers and understand the steps from prototype to production.
• Ability to use tools such as Codex and Claude Code to prototype ideas.
• High ownership and ability to drive outcomes across teams.
• Strong customer orientation and willingness to adapt product decisions based on new information.

Pay

$140K – $200K USD base salary
