Dispatches loads, operators, and equipment while coordinating field operations, resolving escalations, and maintaining safety across daily fleet missions.
What you'll do
- Monitor and assign loads, operators, and equipment to meet operational priorities; adjust plans as conditions change.
- Coordinate execution escalations by communicating with customers and operations teams, monitoring alerts, and resolving issues, including emergencies.
- Identify bottlenecks, enforce processes and safety protocols, and support efficiency improvements.
