Leads on-site activation of new operational endpoints, implements launch playbooks, resolves operational issues, and builds local teams so sites can run independently.
What you'll do
- Set up new endpoints and develop and execute standard launch and site operations playbooks.
- Manage launch-phase operations, troubleshoot issues, address customer concerns, and optimize workflows.
- Hire, train, and mentor local staff; transition site operations to the permanent team and report feedback to leadership.
