Leads Central Development Specialists coordinating and executing development testing, maintaining testing quality and safety, and improving operational processes across extended-hour shifts.
What you'll do
- Lead and support a team scheduling and executing development tests, including shift handoffs, resource coordination, and urgent scheduling adjustments.
- Serve as an expert on internal tools, escalating technical issues and identifying testing-tool bugs or risks for Engineering.
- Provide team feedback and drive process improvements that support safety, development readiness, and operational efficiency.
