Leads the strategy, architecture, integration, governance, and AI-driven automation of Aurora’s People technology systems and builds the team responsible for them.
What you'll do
- Set platform strategy and architect scalable People systems, including HRIS, ATS, Total Rewards, and Performance platforms.
- Design employee-data architectures and integrations, and deploy AI agents and automation for HR workflows.
- Establish governance and compliance controls, partner with executives, and build and mentor the platform team.
