Leads activation and launch operations at new sites, builds local teams, and transitions each site to independent steady-state operations.
What you'll do
- Set up new endpoints and develop and implement operational playbooks and SOPs.
- Manage launch-phase operations, troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and improve workflows.
- Hire, train, mentor, and transition local staff while reporting site feedback and improvement opportunities.
