Leads Central Development Specialists coordinating and supporting development testing across extended-hour operations, while maintaining testing quality, resolving tooling issues, and improving processes.
What you'll do
- Lead and support a team coordinating development test schedules, execution, shift handoffs, and urgent scheduling adjustments.
- Serve as an expert and escalation point for internal tools, data integrity, troubleshooting, and testing quality; flag tool issues and communicate actionable feedback.
- Coach team members, support safety and quality decisions with cross-functional partners, and lead process-improvement initiatives.
