Leads the strategy, architecture, integration, governance, and AI-enabled automation of Aurora’s People technology systems.
What you'll do
- Set the long-term architecture and strategy for People platforms and build integrations across People, Finance, and Commercial Operations systems.
- Deploy AI agents and automation to streamline employee self-service, reporting, and data auditing; establish governance and controls for privacy, compliance, and auditability.
- Partner with executives and lead, mentor, and develop the People technology team.
