Principal Executive Recruiter

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end searches for Director-and-above roles, including interview design, offers, and closing.
• Advise executives on talent intelligence, market mapping, role scope, hiring strategy, and compensation; partner on succession and leadership workforce planning.
• Mentor recruiters and sourcers and strengthen Talent Acquisition hiring practices through training and shared search insights.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, including significant executive-search ownership and end-to-end Director- to C-level searches.
• Experience as primary search partner to C-suite and VP-level leaders, influencing role scope and hiring decisions with data.
• Hands-on experience structuring and closing executive compensation packages, plus deep sourcing expertise in senior or niche talent pools.
• Experience running confidential searches with discretion, using AI for research and sourcing, and coaching or training Talent Acquisition team members.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with founders or board members on C-level hires.
• Experience hiring leaders in autonomy, AI/ML, robotics, or deep tech, or partnering on succession planning and leadership pipeline programs.

Pay

$210,000 - $336,000 USD per year (base salary); $189,000 - $303,000 USD per year (base salary)
