Senior Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop reporting and analytics to optimize data collected from Aurora’s truck fleet.
• Partner with data scientists and Software teams to prioritize data sourcing and build metrics and dashboards.
• Contribute to the analytics tooling ecosystem and communicate insights to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 3-4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or similar technical role.
• Experience delivering analytics projects end-to-end, including business needs, data pipelines, safety-critical data rigor, and communicating insights.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases and familiarity with data engineering best practices; intermediate knowledge of analytics infrastructure, data transformation tools, and visualization tools.
• Competence in Python and ability to communicate technical, data-driven analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS) in Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field; experience with classification or clustering workflows.
• Experience in Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, or Advanced Transportation; experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools.

Pay

$115,000- $184,000 per year (base salary); $104,000 - $166,000 per year (base salary)
