About the job

Shepherds hardware from concept through low-volume manufacturing and production transfer, leading manufacturing readiness, process quality, and continuous improvement for vehicle modules and sensor systems.

What you'll do

  • Lead assembly and process readiness across builds, production lines, and manufacturing partners; provide onsite support for process and equipment issues.
  • Own manufacturing control plans, BOMs, work instructions, and transfer documentation; guide APQP activities and review manufacturing data packages.
  • Monitor yield and quality, lead problem-solving and continuous improvement, and coordinate with design, integration, electrical, supply chain, and contract manufacturing teams.

What they ask for

  • At least 10 years of engineering experience, including work in high-volume production environments.
  • Experience launching hardware products, managing product life cycles, and selecting appropriate manufacturing processes.
