What you'll do
- Define partner quality standards, audit cadence, certification requirements, and quality and safety metrics.
- Investigate systemic quality failures and lead corrective and preventive action plans with Product Operations and category leads.
- Communicate quality risks and remediation tradeoffs to senior leaders and develop reusable quality playbooks and audit tools.

USD $115,000 - $166,500 per year (base salary)
