Coordinates hardware new-product-introduction test readiness, manufacturing launch activities, and engineering change control across internal teams and contract manufacturers.
What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate hardware modules’ readiness for manufacturing end-of-line testing; manage schedules and escalations with contract manufacturers.
- Track and communicate manufacturing test yield, test data, risks, and mitigation plans; represent test readiness in program reviews.
- Run the hardware test Change Control Board from B sample onward and manage change-request schedules and execution.

$181,000-$290,00 per year (base salary)
