Leads and performs fleet vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while coordinating site workloads and supporting technician development.
What you'll do
- Mentor technicians and guide site-based work planning and execution.
- Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair vehicles, from routine OEM service to complex mechanical and electrical work.
- Document findings, drive quality improvements, and collaborate with Vehicle Operations, Software, and Hardware teams.
