Owns executive and leadership recruiting across Aurora, leading Director-and-above searches and advising leaders on hiring strategy, organization design, and executive compensation.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end searches for Director-and-above roles, including interview design, offers, and closing.
- Advise executives using talent intelligence and market insights; partner on succession and leadership workforce planning.
- Coach recruiters and sourcers and strengthen executive search practices across Talent Acquisition.
