Leads reliability test execution for Aurora’s autonomous vehicle hardware, overseeing internal and external labs, people, and processes to ensure components meet automotive performance, durability, and safety standards.
What you'll do
- Manage engineers, technicians, and contractors and direct daily lab operations across shifts.
- Oversee reliability testing across four internal labs at two sites and third-party facilities; standardize lab procedures, safety, calibration, and maintenance.
- Coordinate capacity planning, test rack design, and procurement with partner teams, and support root cause corrective action for component failures.
