What you'll do
- Define cost-to-serve measurement, targets, and improvement roadmaps; analyze partner cost trends for inefficiencies and savings opportunities.
- Embed cost and productivity metrics into vendor scorecards and business reviews, and lead cross-functional cost-out initiatives.
- Build cost reporting and optimization playbooks, and present business cases and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
